Tea Cakes
Tea cakes (bing) are the classic format for pu-erh and white tea: the leaf is steamed and pressed into a disc, so it takes up little space and can age slowly. We carry sheng and shu pu-erh and white tea cakes, from mini cakes and 100 g discs to the traditional 357 g and a 1 kg cake. Loosen the leaf with a tea pick and keep the cake away from light and odours.
