GABA Tea

GABA tea is processed in a nitrogen atmosphere, which raises the natural content of gamma-aminobutyric acid in the leaf. In the cup it is round and fruity, often with notes of dried fruit and honey, and low in astringency. Our GABA teas are from Taiwan: high mountain and Alishan oolongs, medium-roasted styles and a GABA red tea from the Ruby #18 cultivar.
