Alishan Farmer GABA Oolong

A farm-raised Taiwanese oolong tea from the Alishan highlands, anaerobic fermented to produce GABA. The infusion is light amber in color with a warm aroma of baked apple, dried apricot, and toasted bread. The flavor is juicy, with a charismatic sourness from the sous-sepa, hints of dried cherry and black raisins, and a soothing, smooth finish. Temperature: 85–90°C Utensils: porcelain gaiwan, Yixing clay Tip: For a gentler, relaxing GABA effect and fruity acidity, brew with water at 88°C.
