The Seller is the operator of the Red Teapot online store. Complete details are in the store's Company details section (https://redteapot.cz/pages/company-details). Order contact: info@redteapot.cz.

1. Delivery Method

  1. We ship through available Zásilkovna (Packeta) services to pickup points and Z-BOXes.
  2. The countries, services, and options shown before the order is submitted apply to that order.
  3. Courier delivery to a street address is available only when displayed during ordering.

2. Choosing a Pickup Point

If no interactive selector is available, the Buyer must clearly identify the pickup point or Z-BOX in the order note. If the location cannot be identified or used, the Seller will request clarification by email and pause shipment until the issue is resolved.

3. Processing and Delivery

  1. Processing begins after the contract is formed and, when prepayment is required, after payment is credited.
  2. We dispatch the goods within two business days following the day the order is received or, where prepayment is required, following the day the payment is credited. Transit time then depends on the carrier and the selected service.
  3. The estimated timing is shown in the store or order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered to a Consumer no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
  4. If the agreed deadline cannot be met, the Seller will inform the Buyer and agree on the next steps.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, any free-shipping offer, and related conditions are shown before the order is submitted. Undisclosed charges will not be added.

5. Collection and Uncollected Parcels

  1. The carrier provides collection instructions and the final collection deadline. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the email address and phone number in the order.
  2. An uncollected parcel is generally returned to the Seller. Failure to collect it does not itself constitute withdrawal from the contract.
  3. Reshipping may require payment of a new shipping charge. No automatic penalty applies; the Seller may claim only actual, documented additional costs when legally justified.

6. Damage and Transfer of Risk

  1. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Consumer when the parcel is received by the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer other than the carrier.
  2. Visible damage should be documented and reported to the carrier and Seller. Accepting a damaged parcel or lacking a carrier report does not remove the Consumer's statutory rights.
