Jasmine Tea

Jasmine tea is made by layering tea leaf with fresh jasmine blossoms that open overnight; the leaf takes on their scent, and with good teas the process is repeated several times. Most of ours are green — Bi Tan Piao Xue, dragon pearls, Phoenix Eye (Feng Yan) — but we also carry a jasmine red tea and mini bricks of jasmine white tea from Yunnan.
