A green tea from Guangxi, hand-rolled into shapes reminiscent of phoenix eyes and repeatedly scented with jasmine. The leaves open spectacularly during the steeping process. The infusion is distinguished by its amber-pistachio color. The flavor profile combines dense notes of meadow grasses, ripe peach, and berry acidity with a vibrant nectar-jasmine trail.
