Dan Cong

Dan Cong comes from the Phoenix Mountains (Feng Huang) in Guangdong. The name means “single bush”: each style has its own natural aroma, with no flavouring — Mi Lan Xiang smells of honey and orchid, Huang Zhi Xiang of gardenia. Brew with short steeps; left too long, it turns sharp.
