Shu pu-erh has been through controlled fermentation, so it is dark, smooth and free of bitterness even when young. Earth, wood and dried dates in the cup; forgiving to brew and good for everyday drinking. Cakes, bricks, tuo cha and loose shu from Menghai and Lincang, from young to well aged.
