A premium Yunnan shu pu-erh tea from the Xin Wen factory, made from a blend of spring tea leaves. The dense, chestnut-black infusion has a beautiful glossy sheen. The bouquet opens with notes of roasted almond, baked biscuit, prune, and cocoa powder. The flavor is full-bodied and buttery, with a pleasant woody-caramel sweetness and a warm, enveloping finish. Temperature: 95–100°C Teaware: Yixing clay, thick-walled ceramic Tip: Steeping for 10–12 seconds will fully capture the dense, biscuit-almond body of the infusion.
