White Tea
White tea is the least processed of all: the leaf is withered and dried, nothing more. The result is gentle and honeyed, low in tannins. We carry white teas from Fuding and Yunnan — silver buds, Bai Mu Dan and aged pressed cakes. Brew at 80–90 °C.
