Hei Cha
Hei cha is the family of dark, post-fermented teas beyond pu-erh, made in several provinces of southern and central China. After processing the leaf is piled and fermented, and it keeps changing with age: the cup is deep, mellow and free of bitterness. In stock: Liu Bao from Guangxi, 2020, with a nutty note.
