Ancient Tree (Gu Shu)
Gu shu tea comes from old tea trees rather than young plantation bushes. Deep roots give the leaf more minerality and a longer aftertaste; harvests are small. Most of ours are from Yunnan — sheng and shu pu-erh, white and red tea — plus Lao Shui Xian, a Wuyi oolong from old bushes.
