Yellow Tea

Yellow tea is the rarest of the six Chinese tea types. After fixing, the leaf is slowly smothered (men huang), which takes away the grassy edge of green tea and leaves a soft, sweet cup. In stock: Mengding Huang Ya, yellow buds from Mount Mengding in Sichuan, first spring harvest.
