A select Taiwanese GABA oolong with a distinct raisin flavor profile. The dark amber infusion has a dense texture. The rich aroma is dominated by notes of dried dark grapes, dried figs, and caramel. The flavor is deep and full-bodied, with a juicy grape acidity, hints of dried fruit compote, and a clean, sweet finish. Temperature: 88–92°C Dishware: porcelain, glazed ceramic Tip: Gradually increasing the steeping time to 20 seconds from the second infusion will fully release the thick raisin juice.
