Alishan
Alishan in central Taiwan (Chiayi County) is one of the best-known high mountain oolong areas, with gardens above 1000 m. Alishan oolong is lightly oxidised, with a milky texture and notes of lily and sugar cane. We carry classic Alishan in a fresh style and GABA teas from Alishan gardens.
