Alishan Jia Yi High Mountain Oolong 2024 (250g Tin)

A high-mountain oolong from Chiayi County (Alishan Mountains), harvested in 2024, packaged in a gift tin.

Tightly rolled, it yields a golden-green infusion with a high amino acid content. The bouquet is filled with notes of mountain freshness, blooming jasmine, creamy custard, and juicy melon, with a deep, lingering finish.

Temperature: 85–90°C

Teaware: porcelain, Yixing clay

Tip: Use 15-second steeps for the first few infusions to allow the tightly rolled high-mountain oolong to fully unwind.
