Yunnan Yue Guang Bai (Moonlight White Tea) 2026

The famous Yunnan white tea "Moonlight" is made from spring buds and leaves of the Jingu Da Bai Cha variety. Careful shade drying preserves the dark upper surface of the leaves and the silvery underside. The straw-colored infusion has a velvety flavor. The bouquet is filled with notes of linden blossom, ripe peach, and tropical fruit with a soft honey finish.
