A rare winter harvest of Xue Pian, this high-mountain oolong tea is infused with essential oils by the slow growth of the leaves in cool conditions.

The clear, light-jade infusion boasts a highly aromatic intensity. The profile opens with vibrant notes of blooming jasmine, lily-of-the-valley, lemongrass, and green melon. The flavor is subtle and clean, with a long, cool, sweet finish.
