Taiwanese GABA Silver Oolong, medium roast.

Spherically twisted tea leaves produce a beautiful cognac-amber infusion with a distinctive spicy-fruity aroma. The profile combines deep notes of baked apple, rye crust, coriander, and black raisins. The taste is smooth and silky, with a pleasant berry acidity and a long, warming, relaxing finish.

Temperature: 88–92°C

Teaware: porcelain, Yixing clay

Tip: Gentle steeping will reveal the apple-cinnamon bouquet without overpowering the infusion with acidity.
