High-grade Gong Ting (Palace) shu pu-erh tea, pressed into neatly portioned Dragon Pearl balls.

The infusion is a rich, dark burgundy color with a glossy sheen. The aroma is filled with notes of hazelnut, cocoa, baked milk, and vanilla. The taste is smooth and buttery, with a lingering confectionery sweetness in the finish.

Temperature: 95–100°C

Teaware: porcelain gaiwan, Yixing clay

Tip: For even brewing, allow the ball to steam in the closed gaiwan for 30 seconds after the first rinse.
