Aged dark Hei Cha tea from Guangxi (Liu Bao), harvested in 2020, with a distinct nutty profile. The infusion is dark chestnut. The aroma is clean, with notes of roasted hazelnut, tree bark, rotten leaf, and warm wax. The flavor is dense and full-bodied, with a nutty bitterness and a lingering sweet finish. Temperature: 95–100°C Ware: Yixing clay, thick-walled ceramic, simmered over a fire Tip: Liu Bao tea is excellent for simmering: a long simmer reveals rich hazelnut and woody undertones.
