Gao Shan High Mountain GABA Oolong 2025 AA

A high-mountain GABA oolong tea made from dense, early-spring tea from old plantations.

The clear, bright amber-hued infusion is distinguished by its rich oiliness. The bouquet reveals pronounced tones of dried cherries, dried apricots, tangerine zest, and biscuit. The flavor is silky and rounded, with a deep, sweet and sour balance and a long, soothing, cool finish.

Temperature: 85–90°C

Teaware: porcelain, Yixing clay

Tip: Steep in 10–12 second infusions to extract the subtle cherry tartness and a deep GABA effect.
