Aged red tea from Fujian Province, pressed into a specially molded, individual tea brick.

The dark, cognac-colored infusion has a dense, oily texture. The aroma reveals nuances of dried dates, rye crust, light smoke, and coriander. The flavor is deep and warming, with hints of dark raisins, wood resin, and a sweet finish.

Temperature: 90–95°C

Teaware: Yixing clay, thick-walled ceramic

Tip: Let the pressed tea bricks steep in a hot teapot for 20–30 seconds before the first full steep for deep extraction.
