Fuding Gong Mei White Tea Cake 2017 (350g)

Aged Fuding white tea from the 2017 harvest, made from Gong Mei tea. The dense, pressed cake combines mature leaves and buds. The amber-hued infusion has a rounded body and deep flavor. The aromatic bouquet is dominated by notes of dried apple, dried apricot, autumn wood, and steppe honey. The finish is velvety, soft, with a moderate honey sweetness. Temperature: 85–90°C Teaware: Yixing clay, thick-walled ceramic Tip: Steeping for at least 15 seconds will reveal the deep woody and dried apricot notes of the aged tea.
