An experimental oolong tea made from large-leaf Yunnan tea from the Mengsong region, rolled into individual Dragon Pearl tea balls. The infusion is golden-amber in color. The bouquet harmoniously combines the spicy-floral freshness of the oolong with the dense, oily texture of the Yunnan leaf: notes of yellow plum, meadow honey, and wood resin, with a long, luscious finish. Temperature: 90°C Tableware: porcelain gaiwan, Yixing clay Tip: A single-serve tea ball requires zero scalding and a 20-second wait for the leaf to fully unfurl.
