Bao Shan Hong Cha "Volcanic" Red Tea from Ji Bian 2026 AAA
134,10 CZK
/ 10 g
Red tea from wild-growing tea trees on the volcanic soils of Baoshan in western Yunnan.
The dark, dense leaves release a rich aroma of fresh baking and roasted apples with cinnamon. The cognac-colored liquor is bright and spicy, with notes of apple strudel, cinnamon cookies, nougat and caramel, natural sweetness and a lingering baked-floral finish. Warming and clarifying.
Temperature: 90–95°C
Teaware: Yixing clay teapot, porcelain gaiwan
Tip: Brew 6–7 g per 100 ml, starting at 10–15 seconds and adding 5–10 seconds each round; hot water and a well-heated vessel bring out the strudel-and-caramel depth over 6–7 infusions.
