A traditional light-colored oolong from Xiping County, the historical center of the Tie Guanyin variety. Tightly rolled, spherical tea leaves yield a rich, golden-green infusion. The aromatic bouquet combines notes of lilac, roasted grains, and sunflower. The flavor is thick, dense, and juicy, with buttery tones of roasted chestnut, a subtle fruity acidity, and a deep finish.
