Aged white tea from Yunnan large-leaf tea harvested in 2019. The brick-pressed tea contains a large number of downy buds. The pure, light amber infusion has a silky texture. The profile reveals notes of green apple, dried fig, white raisin, and light spice. The finish is long, with a soft, fruity acidity and a hint of honey. Temperature: 85–90°C Tableware: porcelain, glazed ceramic Tip: A gentle steeping at 85°C will bring out the apple and fig notes, while raising the temperature to 90°C will intensify the spicy component of the infusion.
