A Guangdong red tea from Yinde County, made with large, twisted leaves. The deep chestnut-burgundy infusion has a rich, warming character. The bouquet opens with notes of cocoa liquor, baked sweet potato, toffee, and spicy spices. The flavor is thick and dense, with a delicate astringency, cane sugar sweetness, and a lingering, spicy finish.
