Yangta Yunnan Red Tea

A rare Yunnan red tea from the highland village of Yanta, renowned for its silver-toned buds.

The rich, dark amber infusion boasts a thick, velvety body. The bouquet unfolds with notes of buckwheat honey, dried banana, dried apricot, and nutmeg. The taste is easy to drink, without harsh astringency, with a deep, sweet-spicy finish.

Temperature: 88–92°C

Teaware: glazed ceramic, porcelain

Tip: Brewing with slightly cooled boiling water will highlight the honey-fruity qualities of the tea and accentuate its smooth texture.
