Wuyi Mei Zhan Red Tea

A red tea from the Wuyi Mountain cultivar Mei Zhan, grown on rocky soils. The dark amber-colored infusion combines spicy character with minerality. The aroma reveals notes of roasted beans, vanilla, and dark chocolate. The flavor is dense and full-bodied, with hints of dried cherry and charcoal, and a lingering, warming finish. Temperature: 90–95°C Ware: thick-walled ceramic, Yixing clay Tip: Brew at a high temperature to bring out the voluminous minerality and cherry-chocolate tones.
