Tongmu "Old Pine" Lapsang Souchong Red Tea

A classic Fujian red tea from the Tongmu Nature Reserve. The tea, sourced from ancient trees, is heated over pine coals, giving the infusion a deep cognac-amber color. The aroma is filled with notes of pine resin, smoke, dried fruit, and rye crust. The flavor is dense and harmonious, with hints of prune, dark chocolate, and a resinous sweetness. Temperature: 90–95°C Teaware: Yixing clay, thick-walled ceramic Tip: A higher water temperature will fully reveal the pine-smoked accord and bring out the rich, chocolatey sweetness of the infusion.
