Siping Fujian Red Tea

Fujian red tea from Anxi County (Siping Township), where traditional oolong tea cultivars are processed using red tea technology. The dark ruby-colored infusion has a distinctive aroma. The flavor combines the spicy, warmth of red tea with the deep, orchid-mineral notes of oolong, with hints of baked quince and dark honey. Temperature: 85–90°C Tableware: Yixing clay, porcelain Tip: Steeping firmly for 10–12 seconds will preserve the delicate orchid-like texture of oolong tea.
