Rooibos Fine Cut Herbal Tea

Caffeine-free herbal infusion of finely cut leaves and stems of South African Aspalathus linearis.

The small, even pieces have a gentle herbaceous-sweet scent with hints of red flowers and fresh honey. The liquor is a deep ruby red, with aromas reminiscent of honey and tropical juice: mango, passion fruit, banana and watermelon. The taste is delicate and tart-sweet, thirst-quenching and naturally sweet, suitable for children and any time of day.

Temperature: 90–95°C

Teaware: teapot with a fine strainer, infuser mug

Tip: Use 2–3 g (about 1 teaspoon) per 250 ml and steep 5–10 minutes; the fine cut passes through coarse strainers, so use a fine mesh or paper filter.
