The golden liquor is sweet and viscous, with notes of pear, green apple and candied dandelion jam. The aftertaste is lightly astringent with honey-fruit undertones. It opens with a brisk, stimulating lift and settles into clear, energizing focus.

Tip: Rinse the leaf once, then brew 4–5 g per 100 ml in quick 5–7-second infusions; short steeps keep the young astringency soft and let the pear-and-apple sweetness lead.
