Taiwanese Jin Xuan Oolong tea is specially flavored with natural tropical fruit extracts. A light emerald-colored, clear infusion with a distinctly exotic bouquet. The flavor intertwines juicy notes of passion fruit, pineapple, and mango with a naturally buttery, creamy base of tea leaves, leaving a refreshing, sweet and sour finish. Temperature: 80–85°C Tableware: glass, porcelain Tip: Brewing with slightly cooled water (82°C) will preserve the juicy tartness of the passion fruit and prevent the oolong from becoming too astringent.
